Commercial Robbery - Brooklyn

On August 4, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers responded for an armed robbery at the 7-eleven located at 4000 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn. Two black male suspects entered the store; one was armed with a silver handgun. The males announced a robbery, removed cash from the register, and fled north on Potee Street. Shooting (Contact) - Linthicum

On August 5, 2023, at approximately 7:00 a.m., officers were advised of a shooting that occurred in the 800 block of Concorde Circle in Linthicum. An unknown suspect shot the 37-year-old victim while the victim was walking to his vehicle. The victim fled the area and was located on Dorsey Road near Coca Cola Drive in Hanover. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. Robbery (Citizen) - Linthicum

On August 6, 2023, at approximately 2:45 p.m., officers responded for a robbery in the 1700 block of W. Nursery Road in Linthicum. The victim reported she was walking through the parking lot at approximately 2:00 p.m. when she was approached by a black male wearing a white t-shirt. The male pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded property. The victim complied, and the suspect fled in a dark-colored sedan. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Weapons Violation - Odenton

On August 7, 2023, at approximately 2:10 a.m., officers were checking on an occupied parked vehicle at the Motel 6, 1630 Annapolis Road in Odenton. As officers approached the vehicle, they observed an open alcoholic beverage container inside the vehicle. Further investigation revealed a loaded 9mm handgun beneath the driver’s seat. The occupant is prohibited from possessing firearms. He was arrested and charged.
