Recovered Stolen Auto - Pasadena

On August 15, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of a stolen vehicle (previously reported) in the 8300 block of Catherine Avenue in Pasadena. As officers arrived, they observed a male suspect outside of the stolen Toyota Camry and a second male suspect passenger inside the stolen car. As officers made contact with the suspect outside the vehicle, he retreated back to the vehicle and entered the driver's seat. Officers used a conducted energy weapon (Taser) to effect the arrest with negative results. The vehicle fled and was later located by Baltimore City Police Department, where the driver was apprehended. The second suspect was not located. On August 15, 2023, detectives from the Major Offenders Unit, along with the Opioid Enforcement Unit, concluded a six-month investigation into CDS distribution in the Odenton and Severn areas of Anne Arundel County. Through the investigation, the primary suspect was linked to two apartments in the 8300 block of Telegraph Road in Odenton. At approximately 5:30 a.m., detectives, with assistance from the Special Operations Section, executed two search warrants and recovered approximately 4.5 kilograms of suspected cocaine, approximately 3.5 kilograms of suspected cannabis, approximately 99 grams of suspected heroin, a semi-automatic handgun, and $9,401 in US currency. The occupants of both residential locations were arrested and charged accordingly.
