Detectives with the Northern District are investigating a burglary and vandalism of the Christ the King Catholic Church in Glen Burnie. The investigation revealed that a male suspect broke a window and entered the church during the early morning hours of April 14, 2024. Because this incident involved the damage of church-owned property, it is classified as a hate crime. Anyone with information regarding the identity of the pictured suspect is asked to contact the Northern District Detective Unit at 410-222-6135. Suspect: A black male, heavy-set, bald, with a full beard mustache, wearing a gray sweatshirt, dark jacket, and jeans.

Weapons Violation - Linthicum

On April 15, 2024, at approximately 11:50 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop of a gray Toyota Camry in the area of Hammonds Ferry Road North and Nursery Road in Linthicum. During the stop, the officer learned that one of the occupants had an outstanding arrest warrant, and a second occupant, Fields, was found to be in possession of a 9mm handgun that was stolen out of Baltimore County. Officers determined that Fields is prohibited from possessing firearms. Both occupants were arrested and charged.

Armed Robbery (Commercial) - Linthicum

Northern District detectives are investigating an armed robbery of a BP gas station located at 6830 Baltimore & Annapolis Boulevard in Linthicum that occurred at approximately 6:00 a.m. on April 16, 2024. An armed juvenile male suspect entered the store accompanied by four other teenage males.  The armed juvenile threatened the clerk with the handgun and demanded money from the clerk while the other juveniles stole merchandise. The suspects fled in a black SUV, northbound on Baltimore & Annapolis Boulevard.
