Region 9 Communities: (Mayo peninsula, Galesville, West River, Shady Side, Churchton, Deale, Tracey’s Landing, North Beach, and parts of Edgewater and Friendship)
The latest update of the General Development Plan, Plan2040, directs the County to prepare 9 Region Plans. Region Plans offer community members an opportunity to get together to develop a shared vision for their future. The Region Plans will build on the work of Plan2040 and the previous Small Area Plans.
