*Presentation from Office of Planning and Zoning - text and map amendments to

the 2022 Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems in order to

provide public water and sewer to the Crownsville Memorial Park Area and the Joint 911 Call Center  via restricted access mains; and to provide public water to the County Police Special Operations building.

*Presentation from Office of Planning and Zoning - text and map amendments to

the 2024 Odenton Town Center Master Plan in order to update recommendations for the current Region 5 comprehensive zoning process.

Supplementary Budget Transfer

        *Presentation from Office of Budget - amendment to the Fiscal Year 2026 Capital

Improvement Program in order to receive a grant for the Odenton MARC garage, utilize County bond funds for the MD 170 widening, utilize additional County bond funds for the MD 214 and Loch Haven Rd project, and utilize Community College PayGo for Campus Improvements.
