Certification Process
A Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) is defined as a business that is predominantly (51%) owned and managed by the selected designation. Vendors seeking to self-certify as a CBE can do so when they register with the County's eProcurement Tool (Harbor). The Harbor registration link is listed below.
