Fatal Crash - Severn

On September 26, 2026, at approximately 4:10 a.m., Western District officers responded to Town Center Boulevard and Jacobs Road in Severn for a single vehicle motorcycle crash. Once on the scene, the Crash Reconstruction Team was requested. A preliminary investigation found the motorcycle was traveling northbound on Town Center Boulevard when the operator failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and the operator was thrown from the motorcycle. The Anne Arundel County Fire Department responded and pronounced the operator deceased at the scene. The Crash Reconstruction Team will handle the investigation.
