Fatal Crash - Linthicum

On September 20, 2026, at approximately 4:25 p.m., Northern District officers responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and passenger vehicle on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard at East Maple Road in Linthicum. Once on the scene, the Crash Reconstruction Team was requested.
The preliminary investigation revealed a Yamaha motorcycle was traveling southbound on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard. A Nissan passenger vehicle attempted to make a left turn from northbound Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard onto westbound East Maple Road. As the Nissan was crossing the southbound lanes of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, the Yamaha struck the passenger side. The driver of the Yamaha was transported to an area trauma center with life-threatening injuries and later died. The driver of the Nissan was not injured.
The Crash Reconstruction Team processed the scene and will be handling the investigation.
