Annapolis, MD (July 29, 2026) - Anne Arundel County officials today announced the postponement of the 12th annual Nina De Angelo Artists Without Limits Art Exhibit opening night reception, originally scheduled for this evening, Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the Michael E. Busch Annapolis Library. This decision was made due to widespread power outages resulting from last night's storm.
A new date for the reception and awards ceremony will be announced soon. Despite the postponement of the in-person event, the public is encouraged to view the incredible artwork online, courtesy of the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County. This year's exhibit, themed "Art Beyond Barriers," features 28 pieces of artwork from 20 talented Anne Arundel County residents of all ages and abilities.

About the Exhibit
The Nina De Angelo Artists Without Limits Exhibit is a collaboration between the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities, the Anne Arundel County Commission on Disability Issues (CODI), and the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County. The program was launched in 2012 to provide a forum to showcase the work and talent of local artists with disabilities in a highly visible and respected way.
The exhibit was renamed in 2024 to honor the legacy of advocate and artist Nina De Angelo, a four-time exhibit participant who combined art and advocacy to bring awareness to the challenges faced by people with invisible disabilities.
