Detectives Seek Information in January 10 Odenton Homicide

On January 10, 2026, at approximately 12:30 a.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Annapolis Road in Odenton for a report of a shooting. Once on scene, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Fire Department personnel treated the victim, identified as 45-year-old Timothy Leslie Randolph, of Baltimore, at the scene and then transported him to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Detectives with the Anne Arundel County Police Department Homicide Unit responded to the scene and assumed responsibility for the investigation. Initial investigation revealed the victim was near his white Cadillac XT5 SUV at the time of the shooting, which may have followed a motor vehicle collision. Investigators believe patrons in the area may have witnessed the shooting or the events preceding it. Detectives followed up on initial information received along with evidence collected from the scene, however, they are actively seeking tips and leads from the public to bring closure to this case and provide closure to the victim's family.
