Weapons Offense Arrest - Millersville

On April 13, 2026, at approximately 11:20 p.m., Eastern District officers conducted a traffic stop on a Honda Accord for a registration violation in the area of Old Mill Road and Veterans Highway in Millersville. Based on additional investigation, a Controlled Dangerous Substance K9 was requested to the scene. A search of the vehicle was conducted after the K9 provided a positive alert. Upon exiting the vehicle, the driver fled on foot but was taken into custody nearby. Officers recovered 40.91 grams of suspected Psilocybin mushrooms, 5 pills of suspected Adderall, 1 pound and 14.95 ounces of suspected marijuana and an unserialized P80 9mm handgun loaded with 16 rounds and an additional empty 30 round extended magazine. The suspect was charged accordingly.
