CDS Arrest Arrests - Glen Burnie

On March 5, 2026, Eastern District Strategic Patrol Team (SPT) detectives along with assistance from Northern District SPT executed a search and seizure warrant at a residence on Forestdale Avenue in Glen Burnie due to a drug investigation. Prior to the execution of the warrant at the residence by the Quick Response Team (QRT), the male suspect was detained at the Royal Farms located at 400 Camp Meade Road. Upon entering the residence, QRT members encountered the female suspect exiting the second-floor bathroom, where it was later discovered she discarded several large bags of suspected cocaine into the toilet.

A search of the residence resulted in the recovery of numerous items indicative of drug distribution including 14.71 grams of suspected cocaine, 50.55 grams of suspected pressed Fentanyl pills, 9 suspected Suboxone strips, 35 grams of suspected Psilocybin Mushrooms, 9 grams of suspected Alprazolam (29 pills) two digital scales, packaging material and more than $36,000 of U.S. Currency. Both suspects were placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

On March 5, 2026, at approximately 1:30 p.m., an Eastern District officer observed a vehicle with a brake light out and initiated a traffic stop in the area of Hospital Drive and Elvaton Road. The officer discovered the driver did not have a valid driver’s license and observed a large backpack sitting between the driver’s legs. Additional officers arrived to assist, and the occupants were asked to exit the vehicle. While outside of the vehicle, the driver tried to flee on foot; however, he was quickly taken into custody. The suspect kept reaching for his chest area, and officers located and recovered a loaded 9mm handgun. A search of the backpack revealed suspected drugs packaged for sale to include 506 grams of suspected marijuana, 12 grams of suspected cannabis oil, 1,200 grams of suspected Promethazine and a digital scale. Both occupants were arrested and charged accordingly.
