Robbery / Kidnapping Arrest - Glen Burnie

On February 17, 2026, at 10:25 a.m., Eastern District officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the area of Old Stage Road and Baylor Road in Glen Burnie. Upon arrival, officers learned an adult female victim was standing by her vehicle when an unknown male suspect approached her, attempted to grab the victim by her arms and force her into her parked vehicle. The victim was able to free herself from the suspect and began running down Old Stage Road. The suspect chased the victim, stole the victim's phone and fled the scene on foot. Responding officers received a description of the suspect and located and arrested the suspect a short distance away.
