Robbery (Strong Arm) - Curtis Bay

On December 27, 2025, at approximately 1:10 p.m., Eastern District officers responded to the area of Hilltop Road and Waterway Court in Curtis Bay for a robbery that had just occurred. Initial investigation revealed the juvenile victim and his brother were riding E-Scooters in the roadway when a driver in a vehicle behind them began yelling at them. As the suspect parked his vehicle in front of his house, one of the individuals on an E-Scooter broke the suspect’s side-view mirror on his truck. The suspect then chased the individuals down to a nearby pier, ripped the helmet off of one individual, and struck him with the helmet. After the suspect assaulted the victim, the suspect walked away with the victim’s helmet. Responding officers located all parties involved. One of the individuals on the E-Scooter was cited with destruction of property for damage to the suspect’s vehicle and released. The suspect was arrested and charged with robbery and assault.
