Infuriated. Outraged. That's how I feel, and I know most of you feel that way too.
I have reached out to the owner of the property and golf center, and asked for a meeting because I want answers, and I want them now. I made it very clear in my request to meet, that while this has not gone to the county for review, this is a terrible plan and needs to be pulled immediately.
I fully expected a packed house at the community meeting, and it was.
I’m committed to doing all I can to address this. Even though this was not my meeting, I was given a few moments to make a statement in the beginning, because I had multiple commitments to attend. I appreciated the opportunity, but nothing has changed for me. 135 units is outrageous for the epicenter of traffic woes. Stay tuned. I’ll be sharing more in the near future.
