On December 7, 2025, at approximately 1:50 a.m., officers responded to the area of Fort Smallwood Road and Fernhill Road in Pasadena for a motor vehicle collision. As a result of the investigation, one of the drivers involved was detained for impaired driving and found to be in possession of a loaded .45 caliber Kahr handgun. The driver, who is prohibited from possessing firearms, was arrested and charged.
