CDS/Weapons Violation Arrest - Glen Burnie

On November 3, 2025, at approximately 4:45 p.m., officers responded to an apartment complex located in the 7800 block of Burton Drive in Glen Burnie for a shots-fired call. Upon arrival, officers met with an apartment resident and noticed evidence of a shooting at the apartment, which was secured for further investigation. Officers canvassed the building and determined there were no injuries to any residents. Detectives with the Northern District Detective Unit executed a search warrant at the apartment, resulting in the seizure of the following items:
- 9mm Polymer 80 handgun
- Five expended 9mm cartridges
- Eight live 9 mm rounds
- One empty handgun magazine
- Four clear plastic bags containing approximately 50 grams of white powder (suspected cocaine)
- Two clear plastic bags containing approximately 20 grams of brownish white crystalline substance (suspected methamphetamine)
- Six tin foil balls containing approximately 6.5 grams of a white rock-like substance (suspected crack cocaine)
- One pill bottle containing approximately 8 grams of blue pills and fine blue powder
- One pill bottle containing approximately 22 grams of blue rectangular bars and fine blue powder
- One pill bottle with approximately 7.75 grams of unknown capsules and pills
- Approximately 2 grams of suspected Amphetamine Dextroamphetamine
- One Black Digital Scale
- Packaging material
Detectives observed damage in the apartment caused by at least five fired projectiles. The suspect was arrested and charged with firearms and CDS distribution-related charges.
