FOR the purpose of approving a modification to the Classification Plan for the classified service and the Pay Plan for the exempt service formulated and maintained by the Personnel Officer; decreasing a position in the classified service in the Police Department and increasing a position in the classified service in the Police Department; and generally relating to personnel.
