Land Use Navigator

The Land Use Navigator is a web based application that allows customers to access and obtain Inspection and Permit services online.

Building and Grading Violations

Suspected code violations that are reported to the Department of Inspections and Permits will result in an investigation and potential fine for the offenders.  Report a violation or check on the status of an existing report.

Permit Center

Effective December 1, 2025, all new permit applications with the exception of apartment submissions, their associated trades, and revisions to existing paper applications, will require online submission via the LUN System.

Kiosks equipped with scanners for documents 11x17 or smaller are available at the permit center for application purposes. All other documents may be uploaded utilizing a flash drive.
