Melanie Kincaid is a community engagement and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting nonprofit organizations and public-serving initiatives. As a military spouse, she lived and worked across the country and abroad, building strong relationships with residents, civic leaders, and local partners to support efforts that improve quality of life in each community she served.
For the past five years, Melanie has lived in Anne Arundel County, where she has led outreach efforts, coordinated community events, and managed communications with diverse audiences. Her work is grounded in listening, responsiveness, and collaboration, and she is deeply committed to public service and strengthening connections between communities and the resources that support them.
