Beth Pugner
Community Support Specialist

Beth Pugner is a community-focused professional and small business owner serving Anne Arundel County and the surrounding area, with more than 10 years of experience in leadership, coordination, and service-oriented roles. She has developed strong skills in building relationships, supporting individuals and families, coordinating resources, and creating organized, effective systems that help people access the support they need. Her experience includes working directly with the public, supervising and training staff, coordinating services and events, and collaborating with community partners and organizational leadership.

Beth also serves as a Board Member for Operations with Because of Brayden, a water safety nonprofit dedicated to helping families take proactive steps to keep their children safer around water. In this role, she supports strategic planning, community outreach, and safety education initiatives, and ensuring community needs remain central to decision-making.

Beth is passionate about serving others, strengthening community connections, and helping individuals and families navigate challenges and access available resources. She brings a compassionate, organized, and collaborative approach to her work and is committed to being a reliable and supportive resource for residents and partners throughout Anne Arundel County.
