Ruck Training with AACPD

Public Safety is one of the hardest jobs out there, both mentally and physically and the stress can take a toll on mind and body. I was thrilled to join employees from the Anne Arundel County Police Department for one of their Ruck training sessions. Fresh air, nature and a little bit of weight on your back while hiking 6-9 miles gives an opportunity for these men and women to take care of themselves and each other. It was a pleasure to join them
