Greg's Ride is an annual motorcycle ride and poker chip run organized by the IAFF Local 1563 Motorcycle Group in Anne Arundel County to benefit the Anne Arundel County Professional Fire Fighters Charitable Foundation. The event honors the life of FireFighter Greg Leonard, who was diagnosed with ALS in 2021
The Anne Arundel County Professional Fire Fighters don’t stop the good deeds of public service and community support when they leave the fire station. Today was the 3rd annual Greg’s Ride and I was happy to support them and their cause once again, for the brother they lost to ALS. Greg may no longer be physically here, but his brothers continue to support his family and other families who have lost a loved one in fire service. It was good to see Mike Rogers there too!
