Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks is hiring Lifeguards and Swim Lesson Instructors for our aquatic facilities. Positions are available at both the North Arundel Aquatic Center and Arundel Olympic Swim Center.

All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Lifeguards -  Applicants must be American Red Cross Lifeguard Certified or be able to successfully complete the lifeguarding course. Shifts are typically available throughout the day, Sunday through Saturday. Starting hourly rate: $16.00

Swim Instructors - Applicants must be American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors or be able to successfully complete the Water Safety Instructor course. Priority will be given to applicants with relevant experience. Starting hourly rate: $18.50
