Recreation & Parks - Weather Cancellations
WEDNESDAY, January 28
- Child care facilities, athletic fields and sites, Arundel Olympic Swim Center, and the North County Recreation Center are CLOSED.
- All events, programs, reservations, and permits for child care facilities, athletic fields and sites, Arundel Olympic Swim Center and the North County Recreation Center are CANCELLED.
- North Arundel Aquatic Center, Deep Run Recreation Center, and South County Recreation Center will OPEN at 10:00 a.m.
- Parks and park visitor centers will open at their normal times. [PARK VISITORS should take extreme caution when visiting the park due to adverse conditions from ice and snow.]
- Quiet Waters Park Ice Rink will OPEN at 12:00 p.m. / Glen Burnie Ice Rink will open at its normal time.

Project Description
This project will design and construct shoreline stabilization measures to protect the site along Back Creek from further erosion and improve the existing shoreline wildlife habitat. The work includes the construction of in-water stone sills and a living shoreline marsh area.
