Project Description
The project proposes expanding and rehabilitating an existing trail-side plaza in the trail right of way for improved access, improved bike racks, safety features, expanded capacity, additional seating and landscaping. The safety features include additional accessible plaza footprint, accessible connections, decorative fencing to delineate seating from active park area to reduce conflicts, as well as promoting good trail behaviors from Mr. Caraker's legacy/work as a trail ambassador.
