In accordance with Section 8-3-201(b)(6) of the Anne Arundel County Code, Anne Arundel County hereby gives notice it intends to surplus the property described below and dispose of it through negotiation of a private disposition.

Property Description: 3.76 acres, Marbury Road, Crownsville, Maryland, 21032, Part of Lot 94, Anne Arundel County Tax Map 44

The sale of the property is contingent on the approvals required under Section 8-3-201 of the Anne Arundel County Code.
