Plans on file are limited to the following record types: Residential Single Family Dwelling Detached and Residential Single Family Dwelling Attached. 

As of June 23, 2024 plans are required to be submitted digitally and Plans on File will no longer be accepted for Residential Swimming Pools and Residential Roof Mounted Solar.

Veterans Day Closing

The Permits Office will be closed on Tuesday, November 11th for Veterans Day. 

Please Note: If you are applying online using the Land Use Navigator system, you will enter application information online for the selected permit. Any additional applications, worksheets, or plans required will need to be uploaded to the system as attachments. Plans are required to be submitted digitally. Certain documents listed below may not be required for every project.
