County Council - 3/16 Meeting Postponed
Due to the potential inclement weather on March 16, the Anne Arundel County Council’s March 16, 2026 legislative meeting is postponed and will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 7 pm in the Council Chambers. More Information
Few of the Many Awards Postponed
With a winter storm expected late Sunday into Monday morning, and out of an abundance of caution, Anne Arundel County will postpone the February 23rd Few of the Many Awards to ensure the safety of our guests, honorees, and staff.
The program will now be combined with the Michelle Obama Awards on Tuesday, March 31, at 6:00 p.m. at Maryland Hall.
We are grateful for your flexibility and understanding. We look forward to gathering on March 31 to celebrate the extraordinary leaders who help make Anne Arundel County The Best Place - For All.
Recreation & Parks - Weather Cancellations for 3/16/2026
Due to the inclement weather forecast for Monday, March 16, all parks, aquatic and athletic facilities, and recreation centers will close at 2 pm. All programming is cancelled.
