This project involves the study and preliminary planning for an expansion of recreational facilities at Bell Branch Park on a 22-acre parcel acquired by the County in 2026.

Project Updates
The Department of Recreation and Parks and the Department of Public Works are conducting a feasibility study to expand the existing park. Potential additions include multipurpose athletic fields, a roller hockey rink, associated landscaping, stormwater management, and parking.
