These are appeals of a letter dated March 5, 2026, from the Purchasing Division stating the contract has been awarded to another bidder to the IFB, and a letter dated March 25, 2026, from the Purchasing Agent stating the claims to not be a proper protest in accordance with County Code and/or Purchasing regulations, that the protest is frivolous and not justified, and the protest bond will be kept by the County.
