  1. All trips are open to current senior activity center members
  2. We abide by and enforce all policies and procedures in accordance with the policy and procedures of the senior activity center.
  3. Participants must be self-sufficient to go on trips. Trips for senior center members are planned to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. Trip leaders are unable to provide personal assistance, such as pushing a wheelchair or assisting with personal care needs. If a participant requires specific accommodations to attend a trip, the participant should notify ASI, Inc. as soon as possible. 
  4. Registration and seat assignments will commence upon receipt of the required deposit. Checks are preferred, no credit cards. Seat assignments will be the responsibility of the Trip Coordinator. If, after two weeks, you have not paid your deposit, your seat will be released.
  5. All monies are non-refundable unless a replacement can be found on the waiting list. Certain exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please talk to the ASI trip coordinator for details.
  6. Participants must provide their own transportation to and from the meeting point.
  7. Absolutely no smoking or alcoholic beverages on the bus.
  8. All participants must sign a Release of Liability Form before each trip.
  9. All trip participants will be issued name tags, which will identify them as members of the group that sponsored the trip. The name tags should also include the phone number of the senior activity center and trip coordinator. In addition, participants should carry an index card with their name, address, emergency contact, and medical information.
  10. Buses will not wait for anyone. Participants must adhere to scheduled arrival and departure times. Should you become separated from the group while on a trip, use the information you name tag to call your trip coordinator.
  11. Participants should stay home and avoid traveling when suffering from communicable illnesses (e.g., flu, cold, etc.).
  12. Participants should not use strong or excessive fragrances on the bus to avoid causing allergic or other adverse reactions to their fellow trip participants.
     
  • Payments must be made by cash or check, only. 
    • Make checks payable to “P.S.I.” 
  • Deposits are required at the time of registration for overnight trips.
    • Deposit amount varies depending on the trip ($25-$100) 
  • A current valid government issued ID is required.
  • A current senior activity center member key tag number is required.
  • All trip balances must be paid in full 60 days prior to the trip date. PSI is NOT responsible for trip/balance payment reminders.
  • NO refunds will be issued for personal cancellations. 
    • The participant is responsible to fill the trip seat, otherwise the balance or funds will be lost.
  • Ask the trip coordinator about accessibility accommodations for each trip.
  • Anyone needing the assistance of a caregiver may have one accompany them. Caregivers must register and pay, just like all other trip participants.
    • Trip leaders and participants cannot provide any physical assistance.

“Oklahoma” at the Dutch Apple Theatre

In a Western territory just after the turn of the 20th century, a high-spirited rivalry between local farmers and cowboys provides a colorful background for Curly, a charming cowboy, and Laurey, a feisty farm girl, to play out their love story.

Old Farm House Tea Party

Wednesday, May 6, 2026 

Cost: $105.00 (deposit $25.00)

You will be served a wonderful six course meal along with the history of the Old Farm House and how it was saved, which will take about 2 hours to complete. The meal choices are stuffed chicken, stuffed pork loin, or crab cakes, served along with fresh fruit, garden salad, cup of soup, and tea scones. Located in the quaint town of Thomasville, PA.

“All Shook Up” at the Dutch Apple Theatre

Tuesday, June 2, 2026

The music of Elvis comes alive in “All Shook Up”. Inspired by Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, “All Shook Up” follows a small Midwestern town that is thrown into a frenzy with the arrival of Chad, a good-looking, motorcycle-riding roustabout, who rides from town to town with a guitar on his back, blue suede shoes on his feet, and a song in his heart. Repressed by their conservative mayor, the town begins to come alive once more under Chad’s influence. Lovers meet, woo, pursue, and more, all in one zany night that will change the town forever. “All Shook Up” is a rocking, heartwarming tale about following dreams, opening up to love, and the power of music.

Suicide Bridge Crab Feast Cruise

A three hour Riverboat Cruise with “all you can eat” steamed crabs served at your table. Also includes Maryland crab soup, fried chicken, clam strips, corn on the cob, coleslaw, and dessert. Drinks include sodas, iced tea, and coffee. Mixed drinks and beer can be purchased at the bar on the boat.

The Pennsylvania Christmas Gift Show

Friday, December 4, 2026 

Cost: $45.00 - but is subject to change (must pay in full)

Christmas shop at one of the largest holiday shows in the country. Over 500 vendor booths with thousands of gifts at affordable prices. Also with a variety of food vendors on site. See decorated trees, a 100 ft train display, choral and musical groups, dance troops, Santa, a children’s workshop, and much more.

“Winter Wonderland” at The American Music Theatre

A wonderful Christmas production of dancing and singing, bringing you into the holiday season. The AMT is decorated with lots of holiday decorations and trees for your photographic memories. After the show, enjoy a wonderful “all you can eat” meal at Miller’s Smorgasbord. If you finish eating early, you can do more holiday shopping at the wonderful stores just outside of the restaurant.
