Bill No. 76-25

FOR the purpose of defining “fronting”; modifying the requirements for removal of snow and ice from sidewalks; making failure to remove snow and ice from sidewalks as required a civil offense and not a criminal offense; providing for exemptions from requirement to remove snow and ice; and generally relating to crimes, civil offenses, and fines, and public safety.
