This matter is before this Board as a result of a remand order from the Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County, case number C-02-CV-24-001856. These are appeals of the denial of a special exception to allow a landscaping and tree contracting facility in an RA-Rural Agricultural District, and the denial of a variance to allow a landscaping and tree contracting facility with vehicular access from a road other than a collector or higher classification road, on property known as 4434 Cobalt Dr., Harwood.
