The Department of Inspections and Permits is providing updated guidance on Temporary Stormwater Management (TSWM).
The updated guidance is in response to a revision of Section 7.1.7 of the Anne Arundel County Practices and Procedures Manual. It provides clarification, and additional guidance to help in the design, and review of TSWM, and specifically addresses outfall velocities and quantiles of flows during construction.
