Plan Development
The Partnership was awarded a Track 2 Planning Grant under the ENOUGH Act as the “Community Quarterback” in Brooklyn Park/Pumphrey. The focus of this grant is to complete a community driven planning process that will end with the creation of a comprehensive Neighborhood Action Plan. This plan will serve as the foundation for a Track 3 implementation grant during the next granting cycle which will bring millions of dollars to the community to fund critical programs and services needed to help reduce child poverty and improve economic mobility for families in the area. The plan involves county agencies, nonprofits, faith, and other stakeholders but is driven by residents to ensure that the plan meets community needs and centers community choice and voice.
