This program is designed for nonprofit leaders who already have a basic understanding of fundraising principles. We’ll build on those fundamentals to explore advanced strategies, tools, and planning techniques that strengthen your organization’s long-term sustainability. Completing one of the previous Fundraising & Sustainability cohorts is a plus, but not required.

  • Session 1: The Evolving Landscape of Fundraising & Sustainability
  • Session 2: Building a Case for Support and Organizational Storytelling
  • Session 3: Strategic Prospecting, Cultivation & Grant Development
  • Session 4: Putting It All Together: Designing a Diverse Fundraising Plan (Part 1)
  • Session 5: Putting It All Together: Designing a Diverse Fundraising Plan (Part 2)

Like previous years, this professional development program includes:

  • Five group sessions for up to three members of your team
  • Expert facilitation, peer learning, and networking
  • 1:1 consulting time on a related project of your choice
  • Lifetime access to resource materials, examples, and templates

Sessions are scheduled every other week this year to allow time to process and incorporate the content learned in the previous session.
