Bill No. 65-26

FOR the purpose of adding a definition for “applicant”, “covered person”, and “zoning text amendment”; requiring certain campaign contribution disclosures from applicants for certain land use determinations, zoning text amendment legislation, and land use legislative actions; prohibiting certain campaign contributions during certain zoning processes; providing for a delayed effective date; and generally related to public ethics.
