FOR the purpose of modifying the reemployment restriction for certain participants in the Fire Service Retirement Plan; modifying the DROP participation period for certain participants in the Detention Officers’ and Deputy Sheriffs’ Retirement Plan; modifying the annual interest rate for DROP accounts for certain participants in Fire Service Retirement Plan; modifying the amount of employee contributions for certain participants in Fire Service Retirement Plan; modifying classifications of Category I participants in Detention Officers’ and Deputy Sheriffs’ Retirement Plan; and generally relating to pensions.
