FOR the purpose of levying and imposing a property tax for the use of Anne Arundel County for the taxable year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027; fixing the rate of the County property tax for the taxable year; and establishing the service charge to be paid by a property owner electing to pay real property taxes and all other taxes and charges billed on the real property tax bill under a semiannual payment schedule.
