FOR the purpose of approving exemptions from County real property taxes for a certain property located in Glen Burnie, Maryland; authorizing the County Executive to enter into a certain agreement for payment of a negotiated amount in lieu of County real property taxes for a certain property located in Glen Burnie, Maryland; and providing for the time and terms under which the tax exemptions will take effect.
