Bill No. 11-24

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from possessing or discharging a firearm on, onto, or across the property of another without the express written permission of the owner, occupant, or lessee of the property; requiring a police officer to issue a warning before charging a violation of possessing or discharging a firearm on, onto, or across the property of another; and generally relating to crimes, civil offenses, and fines.
