FOR the purpose of increasing the allowable amount of money in the Revenue Reserve 5 Fund to 10% of the estimated General Fund revenues for the upcoming fiscal year; 6 making this Ordinance an emergency ordinance; and generally relating to the Revenue 7 Reserve Fund.
