These are appeals of the granting of a modification to permit disturbance within the required 25-foot steep slopes buffer by the proposed construction of removing an existing shed and refurbishing and reducing the size of the existing deck within the same location, and of the issuance of a building permit to demolish an existing shed and reduce deck size, on property known as 45 Boone Trail, Severna Park.
