This is an appeal of the denial and granting of a variance to allow dwelling additions and an accessory structure (garage with ADU above) with less setbacks than required and with disturbance to slopes 15% or greater and a variance to allow an accessory structure in the front yard of a nonwaterfront lot, on property known as 3 Ridout Rd., Severna Park.
