This matter is before this Board as a result of a remand order from the Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County, case number C-02-CV-24-002793. This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow an accessory structure (pool and patio) with less buffer than required, on property known as 658 Rock Cove Ln., Severna Park.
