Starting September 14, 2021: Administrative Hearings will NOT be held at the Arundel Center. They will be conducted over the internet via Zoom.
The public has the right to object to an internet based hearing. The objection must be submitted to the Administrative Hearing Officer in writing, stating the reason for the objection. The Administrative Hearing Officer will review, and if for good cause shown determines the internet based hearing should not be held, the hearing will be rescheduled.
Any documents you wish to submit must be sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings via email to Holly Colby or by mail sent to PO Box 2700 Annapolis MD 21404 postmarked at least one week before the hearing date. If you have any questions, please call 410-222-1266.
