Multidisciplinary Advisory Team

A multidisciplinary team is a best practice model for providing consistent and appropriate responses to crime investigation, prosecution, and prevention.

The Anne Arundel County Hate Crimes Prevention Program Multidisciplinary Advisory Team (MDAT) brings together a diverse set of partners from various disciplines who will collaborate and serve in an advisory capacity. Members are tapped for their unique expertise to aid in the program's development, implementation, and functioning. Through the coordination, collaboration, and consensus building of this MDAT, we can accomplish the program goals and have a positive impact on the lives of victims of hate crime and hate bias incidents, our community, and our respective organizations/agencies.
