Biography

Ms. Smith is a Behavioral Health Practitioner who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and another Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean. Maxine has a strong background in child welfare and protection and has spent most of her life serving children and families at risk.
