CRITERIA FOR TEAM PLACEMENT
- A LEVEL PLACEMENT
- Most competitive level of play; generally teams consisting of players with the highest skill set.
- B LEVEL PLACEMENT
- Teams generally are a combination of experienced and recreational players; the majority of players on a team seek higher skills / play level.
- The distribution of teams generally is about ½ recreational players and ½ skilled players.
- C LEVEL PLACEMENT
- Truly a developmental league; generally, teams consist of players not seeking higher levels of competition.
- Emphasis is on participation and being part of a team, and learning rather than winning games.
- Based on point differential, any undefeated Team in B or C may be subject to realignment for the playoffs to be voted on by the board. - RULE
- Can not have two C teams without board approval. - RULE
- Can not have two B teams without an A. But can have a B and a C, if the C team meets C criteria. - RULE
- If you have one team, they should be no lower than B. Unless it's a special circumstance.

Club Player Placement
- Above 60% players USFHA Club require an A team placement
- 10% or less can be a C team
Optional
- The last-place team doesn't make the playoffs (allows for one more weekend of games)
